All products are made to order and shipped on demand directly to your door. The products arrive in a sturdy cardboard container unbranded in case you’re ordering them as a gift.
Our fulfilment times are as follows:
Orders placed before 10pm are accepted and processed at midnight on the day of order. Accepted orders will begin the print process typically the following day.
Production times can vary but typically products are made within 2-3 working days.
All products are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked services unless otherwise specified at point of order.
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked : £3.99
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked : £4.99
Delivery options are available during checkout. Please double check your shipping address as once orders have been marked as shipped no changes can be made to your order. All of our products are made to order so please read the returns policy carefully before ordering your product.
Orders may be cancelled if your order has not been processed for printing, typically orders placed on a given day will be accepted at midnight on the same day and the printing process started the following day. If you wish to cancel your order please let us know via email@example.com or call us on 01384 377827. Orders that are not cancelled prior to the print processing start will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
As our products are made to order we do not offer a standard refund policy should you change your mind on a design. Please note that colours on screen may differ marginally from the final product, please ensure that your screen is set to standard colours and not modified.
From time to time we recognise that defective or damaged products do occur and whilst this is rare we are always on hand to help. If you do have an issue with your order that is related to damaged or defective goods please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of goods. You can call us directly or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with images of your product, a description of the fault and your order number. We are committed to helping you and will review your ticket within 48 hours to advise whether your product is eligible for a refund or replacement.
